m1-12-05-2016There is something to be said about how a particular designer will convey their personal vision of authenticity. Many brands and product lines have successfully brought such a nostalgic period to today’s market, refashioning yesteryear’s fashion for a luxury minded sophisticated audience. Having previously interviewed Founder and Designer, Kearsten Cooper of MARGE Clothing for VRAI Magazine, I’ve become accustomed to her brands awareness which clearly cherishes memories offering a balance of quality and luxury.

I admire those that eschew conventional methods of dressing and choose to clothe ones self by utilizing the basic principles of timeless elegance. It is clear that I have a strong preference for sophisticated, feminine customized garments that showcase luxury from a past era.

We all know that life isn’t a dress rehearsal; I personally desire the opportunity to garish myself with the most authentic garments. The thought that a rhinestone brooch from the 1950s can lead to a sparking opportunity brings a smile to my marble brick red glossed lips. With a generous notion which consists of a thought-plane for us all to dress for the day we desire, rather than what we expect, I find authenticity can’t be repudiated.

For a number of publication events and holiday gatherings I anticipate gracing each festive party with ‘Eva’ an elegant curated ivory gown that is yet to be released online by MARGE. Beginning with a lustrous silk-satin design that plunges at the neck-line, humbly drawing attention to the obi-inspired belt leading to a center split which will definitely catch ones eye. With timeless elegance and rhinestones on my mind this holiday season the glamour and glitz of Eva will be a sought-after dress.
